Beginning her career in Brisbane, she refined her skills through training in London under renowned experts like Nicky Clarke and Patrick Cameron, renowned for their mastery of color techniques and hairstyling.
Back in Australia, Susanne further developed her craft alongside the esteemed Dale Dorning, known as “the hair and makeup guru,” whose diverse expertise undoubtedly influenced her well-rounded skill set.
Susanne’s extensive experience spans various sectors, from the glamour of Sydney Fashion Week to the precision of advertising and the energy of television and music events. Her expertise in bridal styling has been featured in leading publications such as “Modern Weddings,” “Weddings,” “Real Weddings,” and “Perfect Brides.”
A highlight of Susanne’s career was styling for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games closing ceremony, showcasing her talent on celebrity performers and gaining global recognition.
With a client list including celebrities like Randi Zuckerberg, Phil Burton from Human Nature, and Olympian Stephanie Rice, Susanne’s expertise extends to personalities like Katrina Warren, Holly Brisley, Belinda Emmett, and Alison Cratchley.

Renée, our skilled Creative Stylist, brings elegance and sophistication to Style Mecha. Specialising in beautiful blonde creations with foils and balayage, she stays ahead of the latest trends. Her attention to detail and friendly personality make each client’s experience memorable. Outside of work, Renée enjoys spending time with her dogs, watching Netflix, and indulging in her love for tattoos and her fiancé.

Ebony is also an avid camper and plant enthusiast, finding balance and inspiration in nature.
As she develops her skills, Ebony offers a fresh perspective and a sharp eye for detail, eager to create looks that are both fashionable and tailored to each client.

Summer joins our salon team while completing her Year 11 studies. With her keen eye for detail, she’s set to make a significant contribution. When she’s not organising the salon or assisting our team, Summer enjoys relaxing at the beach, playing netball, and exploring the outdoors. Her enthusiasm for both work and her personal interests makes her a valuable and vibrant addition to our team.
